💃June 7 Latin Night at the Lodge 9 p.m. - 1 p.m. at the BlueCross Riverrink at the Delaware Waterfront in Philadelphia.

🍺June 7 Philadelphia Brewing History part of Philly Beer Week 6-8 p.m. at the Powel House 244 S. 3rd St. in Philadelphia $15 per ticket, $20 at the door. As part of Philly Beer Week, learn about the history of breweries in Philadelphia, with a focus on the Old City section of the city. Enjoy a brewing demonstration and background on the main ingredients of beer from Home Brewed Events outside in the beautiful Powel House garden. Throughout the evening sample some of the best new and old breweries in the city. Close out the night with an in-depth lecture from Philadelphia beer expert, Rich Wagner, on Brewing in Old City: Past, Present and Future. Pennsylvania Brewery Historian Rich Wagner has spoken with brewers and brewery owners, researched industrial census data and combed insurance maps, atlases, city directories as well as brewer's daybooks 



June 8 Lansdowne 125th Anniversary Celebration "Let's Sing" at Interboro Park, 126 Bartram Ave. Movies at the Park the screening of "Sing" begins at 8:30.

June 9, 2018 FREE lecture with Gene Pisasale at the Kennett Square Library, 216 State Street 10 a.m. Family-friendly; all ages welcome. Learn about Cuba's rich heritage dating back to the 1500s, its heyday in the 1920s-1950s and today, following 60 years of Fidel Castro's Communist rule.
