Aug. 7 Sturgeon Full Moon

Aug. 8  Paint and Sip Artist Workshop at Franklinia in Bloom, Bartram Gardens.

Aug. 8 Beat the Heat Citizen's Rally for Climate Solutions at the North side of City Hall in Philadelphia 12 - 1 p.m. a Penn Environment Event.

Aug. 8 Guided Bird Walks at Valley Forge National Historical Park 8 a.m. - 10

Aug. 9 - 11 Beauty and the Beast 
Children's Musical at the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center.

Aug. 9 Ft. Mifflin screening of Molly 5 - 8 p.m.

Aug. 9 Springfield Township Free Family Movie Night at 50 Powell Road (sledding hill) Screening begins at dusk. Popcorn provided for all residents that attend. Weather permitting.

Aug. 9 U.S. Army Band and Field Chorus at Rose Tree Park 7:30 p.m. sponsored by the Springfield Lions Club. Attendees are encouraged to bring used eyeglasses to donate.

Aug. 10 Philadelphia Night Market Roxborough check link and details 6 - 10 p.m. 

Aug. 10 Last Chance, Jerry Getz,  Live Music in Swarthmore, at the borough amphitheater, 121 Park Avenue 6 - 9 p.m.

Now through Aug. 27 Preservation: Clay Studio Collaboration 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Hill-Physick.-Keith House 321 S. 4th Street in Philadelphia.
