Side Meats: Bacon, Ham, Sausage, Scrapple, Black and White Pudding


Quick and easy and low in calories

Apple and Cinnamon
slice the apple add cinnamon 
mix in yogurt ( I use vanilla or coconut) 
walnuts work too.
heat in microwave
