August 4 The Traditional Agricultural Year "To everything there is a season..." but do you know when and why? Without computers, our ancestors kept track of a complicated schedule of farm chores, community duties, planting and harvesting of multiple crops and the management of livestock.  Using pictures from her years of experience at Colonial Williamsburg and her family's local farms, the speaker will lead us through the agricultural year and its traditions.
