Artists and vendors are wanted for the inaugural "One Day in Chester" arts festival August 27th. Individuals, churches, non-profits, and other groups are all encouraged to participate. The deadline is July 25th for artists and groups offering arts programs, and August 3rd for vendors selling foods or goods.
Media-Upper Providence Library is accepting donated hard cover books paper backs, DVD's CD's puzzles and games for its fall sale to be held on October 15-17. Drop off items in good condition on the porch of the Stone Cottage located at the Media Municipal Center on Fourth and Jackson St. through the end of September. No encyclopedias or National Geographic.
