Where to Catch the Christmas Trains

Choo Choo Barn at Traintown, U.S.A. located in Strasberg, PA December 18 is the last day of Canned Food Friday, a non-perishable food item is your ticket to the Christmas layout. Delaware River Railroad Excursions Santa Train in Phillipsburg, New Jersey was December 3rd.  It is not the first time I have missed the train, so I am adding this to my list to check twice next year.  You can also check on the link for the upcoming 2016 schedule.

Holiday Garden Railway Morris Arboretum 100 E. Northwestern Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19118 Now through January 3rd 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and check on the website for the special Friday Night Lights.

Longwood Gardens The Garden Railway G-scale Model Train runs through January 10 at regular garden hours.

Make Your Own Adventure "Take the Train" into the city and explore. Head to the Reading Terminal Market.  They have "everything" including "trains" through December 31st.
