Ways to cope with sugar withdraw

 walk away

drink some water

distract yourself

bring it to work, co-workers won't thank you but they will eat it.

Healthy Snacks

clear out the refrigerator

and all the other hiding places

walk it off

salt is probably not a better substitute

not the best of choices...exercise...but 9 out of 10 given the choice between exercise and sugar will choose sugar, I am guessing
