December 5 The Battle for Schmidt World War II Western Front Event at Ft. Mifflin 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

December 5 At the Peter Wentz Farmstead visit with Belsnickel from 3-6 p.m. Enjoy an 18th-centiury winter celebration and from 3-9 p.m. Candlelight Tours (Last Tour begins at 8:30 pm) Greet the Animals in the Barn. Tour the Candlelit House. Watch Open-hearth Cooking. The Farmstead is located at 2030 Shearer Road, just off of Route 73, Skippack Pike in Worcester, PA.

December 5 A Concord Christmas Nog Wassail 4 - 7 p.m. at the Pierce-Willits House, located at 659 Smithbridge Road in Concord. A donation of $5 is requested. members are free.

December 5, 12 and 19 Caroling Hayrides are held on the Saturday evenings in December leading up to Christmas 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. - $5 per person at Linvilla.

December 5 Santa Paws at the Franklin Square Holiday Festival. Bring your four-legged friends for a photo with Santa 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

December 5 Colonial Plantation Christmas on the Farm (Closing Day).

December 5 Holiday Tea and Township Tree Lighting Ceremony from 1 to 5 p.m. at the 1696 Thomas Massey House. The Massey House will decorated by the Newtown Square Women’s Club with natural decorations and at 5 o’clock at Veteran’s Park the Township Tree Lighting Ceremony.

December 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27 and January 2, 3, 9, 10 – 2016 Holiday Weekends at the Grange Estate from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Visit our Model Train Display in the Carriage House. Tour the beautifully decorated mansion and visit our delightful Gift Shoppe stocked with unique seasonal gifts. Admission is free to the Model Train Display.
