Weekend Events Starting October 9

October 9 -11 Pennsylvania Guild Fine Craft Fair at Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. Friday and Saturday 11 - 6, Sunday 11 - 5.

October 9 -12 FIRST FLY INTERNATIONAL KITE FESTIVAL ON Long Beach Island New Jersey.

October 10 Middletown Free Library BookTober Fest Craft Beer Tasting. Fall Fundraising Event 2:00-5:00 p.m.
October 10 Old Chester Days hosted by the Chester Historical Preservation Committee at the former Third Presbyterian Church 420 East 9th Street in Chester 1 - 4 p.m.

October 10, 2015 – November 7, 2015 2015 Media Arts Council Juried Photography Exhibit at Media Arts Center & Gallery 609-B West State Street Media, PA 19063.

October 10 Hand Bookbinding classes at Historic Sugartown.  The class is imited to 6 and the fee is $75.

October 10 and 11 Mums Madness and Pumpkin Parade at the Camden Children's Garden 1 - 4 p.m.

October 11 Delaware County Fall Festival.  Admission, activities and parking are free. The festival runs noon-4 p.m., weather permitting, with opening ceremonies at 12:30 p.m. Rose Tree Park is located at 1671 N. Providence Road, Media, (Upper Providence Township) Pa, 19063. For information call 610-891-4455. 

October 11 Eddystone Family Fun Day at Lighthouse Hall Field. 

October 11 The Big Sit at Heinz National Wildlife Refuge.

October 10 Newtown Square Community Day at the Newtown Square Railroad Museum rain date the following Saturday. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. cancelled due to weather rescheduled October 10. same event as below. New date October 10.

October 11 Eddystone Family Fun Day at Lighthouse Hall Field.

October 3 Riverfront Ramble on the Chester Waterfront at 12:30 p.m. cancelled according to Chester Spirit no rescheduled date yet.

October 3 LBI Chowderfest cancelled. no rescheduled date.

October 3  2015 Dragon Boat Festival starting at 8:30 a.m. on the Schuylkill River.rescheduled to November 7.
