Top 10 First Week of September 2015 Things To Do

Congratulations to the 2015 Little League World Champions Japan Tokyo Kitasuna Little League and runner up from Pennsylvania, Red Land Little League . Final score 18 - 11.


Summer is winding down, somebody had to say it, but there is still plenty to do.

September through October 25 Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. September 7 is the Divine Swine BBQ.

September 1 Billy Bob Thorton and the Boxmasters at Sellersville Theater 8 p.m. and Jeff Daniels is coming September 16. This is a great place to see a show and The Washington House is a great place to get a bite to eat before the show.  There are a lot of great performers that are coming, Lisa Loeb, September 11 (love her songs) these names are merely to get your curiosity but who would not want to see them live!

September 2 Atlantic City Air Show featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. a Free event.

September 3 and 10 Land Health Institute is sponsoring the last two sessions of the summer, D.E.E.P Delaware Environmental Education Program along the Delaware River waterfront 6 - 8 p.m. This is a free event but you must register to participate.  More information at landhealthinstitute.org.DEEP or email:info@landhealthinstitute.org 

September 4 Wasp Woman BUY TICKETS » First Friday Movie Night Under the Stars and Stripes Fridays, 5:30 p.m. Be sure to arrive early for special after hours tours of the House starting at 5 p.m.

September 4 Cheers to the end of summer! Visit Philly will be hosting its Beer Garden Series at Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest and Spruce Street Harbor Park Presented by Univest/Valley Green Bank. Enjoy happy hour 5-8 p.m. specials on drink and food at both parks.  Also PHS Pop Up Garden at 15th and South Street
