July 15 The Oval opens for the summer across from the Philadelphia Art Museum. Opening Postponed until Thursday July 16 at noon.


July 16 Delaware County Literacy Council will celebrate their 40th Anniversary of providing free literacy services to local adults on the front lawn (Providence Avenue side) of the Delaware County Literacy Council at 2217 Providence Avenue, Chester PA 19013. Activities include Free cake and balloons, special guests, and tributes to Gwen Cottman 4:00-7:00 p.m. Rain or Shine

July 18 Saturday Night at The Movies – at Franklin Square The LEGO Movie 7 - 11 p.m. Bring a blanket and watch a movie on the Great Lawn. Games and pre-show activities start at 7, movie begins at 9 pm.
