Top 10 Upcoming Events This Week of March 16

Women's History Month at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

SXSW 2015 is in full swing in Austin, Texas.  Check the complete schedule here.  There was seems to be new and exciting news from this event every year.

March 16 Savannah, Georgia St Patrick's Parade will begin at 10:15 a.m. It is said to be one of the largest St. Patrick's Day Parades.

March 17 St. Patrick's Day Parade in NYC begins at 11 a.m. It is the oldest St. Patrick's Day Parade and has been around since March 17, 1762. Philadelphia is the second oldest (1771), those Irish men (including my Irish leprechaun cousin) and women marched on Sunday March 15.

March 18 Watershed Hereos Presentation at TTF Office  5:30 p.m. – 6:30.p.m. TTF Office, 4500 Worth Street, Philadelphia, PA. Wondering what defines a watershed? Hoping to make a difference in improving water quality? Looking for information to share with your neighbors about taking better care of the creek down the street? If you've volunteered  at a planting or clean-up and want to learn more...or if you're just concerned and curious about watersheds, this presentation is for you! March 18  Ridley Township Public Library presents the History of Ridley Township Part 2 will cover the Township's later history. Local historian Keith Lockhart will illustrate with original photos. This free program will be held in Garling Hall, Ridley Township Public Library 100 E. MacDade Blvd. This is a Civic and Social Literacy Program of the PA Forward Initiative. March 19  FREE BEER: Like the idea of celebrating "the City of Arborly Love" with delicious beer?
