Maureen Fleagle has been a practicing physical therapist for over 30 years
specializing in women's health and lymphedema at Springfield Hospital. She
continues to incorporate a holistic approach to treatment and is presently
exploring mindfulness meditation as a healing modality. She has a certification
in pastoral counseling from Neumann University which supports her delivery of
care. In 2005, Maureen attained a pilates certification and has since enjoyed
teaching adult mat classes both at WSSC adult school and Media Presbyterian Church.
On a personal note, I have been a student of Maureen's for a few years now and I can attest to the truth in this list. She is a great teacher. I have become much more flexible emotionally and physically by taking this class. Pilates also heightens the feeling of being comfortable in your own skin.
