A question posed in the Delco Times this week:

Where are you walking?

I’m walking in Wallingford some steep inclines, shout out to Remis and Tula, take fido along. There is also a trail along the Blue Route but I have never taken it, the Swarthmore College Campus is beautiful. I have been known to walk in Broomall the loop around the outside perimeter of Lawrence Park Shopping Center is great, take those steps. There is also a park and walking trail off Lawrence Road in Broomall as well. Ridley Creek State Park also has a great scenic walking trail. High school tracks also offer a safe area; take a friend for walking and talking.
Good sneakers are essential.

Walking is good for the soul, great therapy!
